The plan details specific proposals for a number of areas and is a result of the input from more than 1,000 people who attended the opening and closing events and the various planning sessions throughout the week.

This has been an extraordinary collaboration between the City of Richmond, Bon Secours Health System, the Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority and members of the community.
